There is an old saying that people who buy drill bits don’t really want them…they want holes instead.
Steel is like that…our customers really don’t want SeverCorr steel; they want to make a car or build a warehouse or sell some steel tubing. To help each of them reach their own goal, SeverCorr launches this Resources section.
The heart of this site will be the Engineering Resources Center that will include multiple avenues to a growing encyclopedia of metallurgy and steelmaking.
The Product Availability tab is the fastest way to find out what SeverCorr is actually producing while the plant is testing capabilities and ramping up production. And this section will house all current product specification sheets in a single place.
The Equipment Specifications details the production equipment -- being supplied by SMS Demag -- that will enable state-of-the-art steelmaking.
The Industry Information and Resources tab is the beginning of what will become an extensive library of connections to the steelmaking industry.
And the Suggestion Box enables you to help build this library of resources. Let us know what you would like to see here

The Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS) at Mississippi State University has announced that it will become a contributor to this Resource Center. CAVS assembles and assigns engineering, research, development, and technology transfer teams focused on technologies designed to improve human mobility.
