Beginning in the third quarter of 2007, when Hot Roll pickled and oiled steel will become available, SeverCorr will produce multiple grades of blanking steel for service centers. Rolls will be available in the following dimensions:
- Hot Roll: .055 (1.4 mm) to .500 (12.7 mm), in widths from 36 inches (914 mm) to 74 inches (1880 mm)
- Hot Roll Pickled & Oiled: .055 (1.4 mm) to .160 (4mm), in widths from 36 inches (914 mm) to 74 inches (1880 mm)
- Cold Roll: .014 (.734 mm) to .059 (3.01 mm), in widths from 36 inches (914 mm) to 72 inches (1829 mm)
- Coated steel (galvanized or galvannealed: .014 (.734 mm) to .059 (3.01 mm), in widths from 36 inches (914 mm) to 72 inches (1829 mm)

Steel production begins!
The SeverCorr steel plant is now fully operational. The first primary coil was shipped mid-September and the plant is ramping up to full-scale production.
