When the facility is operational in the 3rd quarter of 2007, SeverCorr anticipates that the company will have 450 employees on site, as well as representatives sited throughout a 12-state service area. Notices will be posted on this page when job opportunities become available, so check this page periodically for updates.
SeverCorr is now accepting applications online for production and maintenance jobs at the steel plant now under construction. Candidates must complete an application through the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES) Website at www.mdes.ms.gov. Applications can be submitted from any computer with an internet connection, or go to any WIN Job Center to complete an application. Click here for a list of WIN Job Centers in Mississippi.
Note: If you have already submitted a resume, it will be considered for salaried positions only. A candidate must complete an application through the MDES web site to be considered for an hourly position.
