SeverCorr Privacy Policy

SeverCorr wants you to know and understand the privacy practices of our organization, including its Web sites. This notice defines how we collect and use personal information, and customer's rights with regard to that information. To put it simply, we keep your information to ourselves. We don't share it unless you give us permission or we are required to by law. Here are the details:

Collection of information

SeverCorr collects and uses your personal information to respond to your requests for information and services. We gather information when you contact SeverCorr by any method, including our Web Site. We do not place cookies or other information-gathering tools on our Web site; and we will provide prior notice if and when we choose to change this practice. SeverCorr privacy policies and practices do not extend to sites that can be accessed through links on any of our Web sites. Their policies may differ; and SeverCorr is not responsible for what happens with personal information divulged on those sites. If you are concerned, consider a review of their privacy policies before registering or navigating those sites. SeverCorr may place links to other Web sites on pages within our own sites. These may be links to SeverCorr partners, or to other sites that may be of interest or provide additional relevant information. SeverCorr does not accept advertising on our public Web sites. They are reserved for the relationship between our own organization and our customers and visitors.

Use of Information Collected

While site visitors may navigate most of our site without registering, SeverCorr offers visitors the opportunity to contact the company directly via an electronic response form. We use that information to make contact with a customer or prospect. SeverCorr may collect other information in order to: • Provide information requested about our services • Conduct transactions, ensure delivery, and oversee processes in-between • Deepen the customer relationship in ways that improve the quality of products and the responsiveness of services • To learn about customer needs and interests in order to increase the opportunity to provide new products and services

Sharing of personal information

SeverCorr will not voluntarily share personally identifiable information with any other organization without your prior permission. SeverCorr may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we will notify you prior to the release of such information. Under the USA Patriot Act, SeverCorr may be restricted from notifying individuals that the information has been disclosed. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.

Access and review of personal information

You may request to review, update or delete any personal information you have submitted to SeverCorr by contacting Josh Stailey at jstailey@thepursuitgroup.com. SeverCorr will take all reasonable steps to delete such information from our database within two weeks from the date we receive your request.

General Information Security

SeverCorr is committed to keeping your personal information secure and will take all reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse. SeverCorr requires all vendors and partners who have access to your information to take the same precautions.

Policy Revision Notice

If there are changes or additions to this privacy policy, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we collect online or offline, how we use it and what choices you have. Regardless of any changes we make to our privacy policy, we will only use your personal information in accordance with the version of the privacy policy in place at the time you provided your information, unless you later give your express consent for us to do otherwise. The most recent policy revision date was May 2006. If you have any questions or concerns about the collection and use of personal information, please contact Wynn Calland, SeverCorr’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs (wcalland @ severcorr.com).
